Since the beginning of this month Andreas Widholz has strengthened the partner group of IMAP M&A Consultants AG in Munich.
With his more than 15 years of professional experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory, Andreas is responsible for national and international buy and sell mandates for medium-sized companies. He has extensive M&A and corporate finance expertise and has executed numerous international transactions for privately held and family-owned businesses, corporations, and private equity clients.
Andreas joins IMAP from a M&A boutique in Munich, where he has been equity partner and founding member since 2016, working cross-sectorally in the German-speaking area. Previously, he had already been active for IMAP in Germany for two years, most recently as a partner. He also gained experience at Ferber & Co. GmbH, Doertenbach & Co. GmbH and KPMG. Andreas graduated from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt with a Diplom-Kaufmann, equivalent to master’s in business administration.
Together with Andreas Widholz, Katja Schult (née Diepelt ) joins at the same time as Director and Solveig Sager as Associate, thus strengthening the IMAP team at the firm’s Munich office, after Isabella Böing started at IMAP one month earlier as analyst at the firm’s Frankfurt office.
“With Andreas and Katja we are pleased to be able to win back two former colleagues with such comprehensive expertise and diverse experience,” comments Karl Fesenmeyer, Managing Director of IMAP Germany.
