Herenco Invest expands the business area within sustainable building solutions and acquires Kalmar-based LGG Inneklimat. LGG offers tailor-made climate solutions in the form of fan convectors and range hoods.
LGG Inneklimat was founded in 1993 and has since its inception specialized in products for water-borne cooling and range hoods. The company’s operations are located in Kalmar and the company also has an office in Stockholm. LGG Inneklimat had sales of 50 million in 2021.
LGG’s business concept is energy-efficient solutions for the best indoor climate and also completely tailored for each customer. For Herenco Invest, the acquisition will strengthen the business area within sustainable construction solutions.
– Strategically, LGG Inneklimat complements our offer, and this type of climate solutions are very timely. LGG has a long experience and high knowledge among the staff, we look forward to continuing to deliver solid and high-quality products, and together with the team develop the company further, says Ulf Rostedt, CEO of Herenco Invest.
Over the years, LGG Inneklimat has worked with climate solutions for several large construction projects and buildings, including Turning Torso in Malmö, Hotell Post in Gothenburg and Friends Arena in Stockholm.
– Having Herenco Invest as owner means that LGG can continue to develop by having the opportunity to take part in the Group’s broad expertise and at the same time share our own experiences. LGG’s strength as a company is our staff’s joint commitment and drive to constantly develop within their areas of expertise. It feels safe and inspiring to have an owner with the same familiar corporate culture that has always been a central pillar in LGG’s history, says Fredrik Sturesson, CEO and one of the previous owners of LGG Inneklimat.
