IMAP is pleased to announce that Folmer Equity Fund I Ky successfully disposed ICT company, Canorama Oy, to Finland’s fifth largest teleoperator, Lounea Oy.

Canorama provides comprehensive ICT services primarily for small and mid-sized companies. With operations in 13 locations across Finland, it employs about 120 people and has a turnover of approximately €22 million.

Lounea is Finland’s fifth largest teleoperator, with a turnover of approximately €33.5 million. Through its operations across 7 locations it employs some 200 staff. One of Lounea’s strategic cornerstones is not only to provide excellent local service, but also have a genuine, positive impact on the cities and communities’ infrastructure. It brings fast and reliable telecommunication services and fiber optic network services to new geographical locations and provides comprehensive ICT services to both private companies and public sector organizations.

The IMAP Finland team, led by Mikko Sistonen and Anssi Sampo, acted as sole financial advisor to Folmer Equity Fund I Ky throughout the sale process.
