IMAP is pleased to announce that Portuguese Pharmaceutical and Healthcare services provider, Farminveste IPG, closed a convertible bond issue of €10 million. The new bonds have a maturity date scheduled for 2022 and a fixed yearly interest rate of 3.75%.
With this bond loan, Farminveste proceeds with its financial strategy, focused on covering its funding needs, taking advantage of the current market conditions to consolidate and extend its debt maturity profile.
Farminveste stands as the undisputed Pharma distribution market leader in Portugal, with an estimated market share of 26.2%. In addition, it also holds equity interests in several Healthcare related business sectors such as Information Technology and Systems, Pharmaceutical Market Intelligence and the provision of Healthcare Services, among others.
