Since the beginning of the month Ruta Hildebrand strengthens IMAP M&A Consultants AG as a partner.
Ruta Hildebrand has more than 10 years of professional experience in M&A and corporate finance consulting. Based at the IMAP office in Munich, she will be responsible for national and international buy-side and sell-side mandates within the healthcare sector, focusing on on medium-sized companies. With her comprehensive corporate finance expertise, transaction experience and extensive network, Ruta Hildebrand ideally complements the corresponding international sector team of IMAP.
Ruta Hildebrand joins IMAP from Acxit Capital Group in Frankfurt am Main, where she started her carrier in 2007 and was promoted to Managing Director with a focus on the healthcare sector in 2019. During her time at Acxit, she has successfully advised on numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions involving family-owned companies, corporations as well as financial investors.
