IMAP India has completed the business structuring and settlement financing for New Chennai Township Pvt Limited. The settlement proposal was made by promoter of company under 12A of the CIRP process and approved by more than 90% of the creditors.
The company, New Chennai Township Private Limited is part of Marg Group and is developing a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) near Chennai. This SEZ would be serving as good destination for manufacturing for exports in light engineering business.
